GAT Hall Tickets Download starts from 9 April 2017. Candidates can download GAT Hall tickets from the GAT official website: www.gitam.edu. GITAM Admission Test (GAT-2017)is an Online admission test for admission into UG, PG programs in Engineering, Architecture and Pharmacy. The University will conduct online admission examination at the 48 examination centres, depending upon the number of applications received against each examination centre. The ranks secured by the candidates will be announced within 10 days from the date of completion of GAT – 2017.
GAT 2017 Online slot Booking
Candidates who have registered for GAT-2017 should reserve their Test date and time before 6:00 PM on 13th April 2017. It will be done on a first-come-first-serve basis. Enter the personal details below and click on the ‘Proceed’ button and follow the instructions to reserve your test date and time. Requests for change of test centers will not be entertained. Further, once the candidate reserves a date and time, no changes are allowed. After you have reserved the test date and time, the hall ticket with detailed instructions will be made available for downloading.
GAT Hall Tickets 2017
Candidates who successfully registered for GAT 2017 can download their Hall tickets/ Call letters from the following links. GAT Exam is an Online Admission Test. Those candidates, who are willing to write GAT Online examination at tests centres from 16th to 30th April, 2017, need to Download GAT Hall tickets. Candidate will not be allowed to Exam Hall without Hall Ticket.
To download GAT Hall tickets Candidate need to Enter Application No. / Date of Birth. If any candidate forgot application Number, he/she may call 0891-2866555, 2730177 (during office hours) for help on working days.
GAT Hall Tickets Download starts from 09.04.2017
- GAT E-Hall ticket contains the information regarding Applicant Name, Photo, GAT Exam Date, exam Time schedule and the instructions.
- In addition, the Hall ticket will have the Exam Center Name/ Exam Hall venue, and address of the examination centre allotted to the candidate
- A copy of the downloaded Hall ticket should be produced at the time of examination.
- Candidate must affix the passport Photo on the Hall ticket, If required.
- Candidate must sign on the Hall ticket in the appropriate Fields.
After Downloading the GAT Hall ticket, Candidates must verify their Details that are shown in the GAT Hall ticket. If the details are incorrect, candidate needs to correct the details before the Examination Day. The candidate will be allowed to write Exam in the allotted centre only. The Candidate Will Not Be Allowed To Take the Exam Even If Late By 1 Minute.
