Ref to Road and Transport Ministry – Shri Nitin Gadkari Ji: Recent report in media that about 60% of new driving licenses are being issued without proper document verification and without driving test. The old system of corruption through brokers and other agents are still widely prevalent in most RTO offices of cities and towns. This is alarming and I request Shri Gadkari Ji and his Ministry must look into it and save general public from this crime and evil. Its more than 3 years that the Minister had promised to eradicate this evil.
Thanks.
