AP 10th Class CCE Grade Points- Grade Point Average (GPA)

AP 10th Class CCE Grade Points - AP SSC board has introduced a new grading system without marks from the year 2012. From 2012 onwards SSC board introduced “Nine point relative grading System” to evaluate the student performance. Secondary School Certificate SSC public examination results will be declared only through Grades & Grade Points – GPA without marks.

Department of school education portal www.cse.ap.gov.in was developed to bring all information related to education on a single platform - Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE). It captures performance of the students in in all the formative and summative exams.

In CCE Exam Pattern, AP 10th class annual exams will be for 80 marks (40 marks for each of the paper i.e., 40+40) which is considered as external marks and 20 marks is allotted for the internal assessment. This new exam pattern is applicable for all the 10th class subjects that include both languages and non-languages.

A1 Means 550 - 600
A2 Means 499 - 549
B1 Means 448 - 498
B2 Means 397 - 447
C1 Means 346 - 396
C2 Means 295 - 345
D1 Means 245 - 294
D2 Means 195 - 244
E Means 194 and below
WH Means Result With Held for want of information
MP Means Malpractice
CP Means Compartmentally passed
AB Means Absent for all Papers

    • This helps the students who are not good in academics to show their talent in other fields such as arts, humanities, sports, music, athletics, and also helps to motivate the students who have a thirst of knowledge.
